Jen Ballen

Jen Ballen serves as the Vice President of Innovation & Operations at AG1 since August 2023, contributing to the development of a daily health drink rich in nutrients. Previously, Ballen held roles including Vice President of ESG & Sustainability at Otherworld, where a plant-based food CPG brand was established, and CEO & Co-Founder of the same company. Other experience includes leading Global Markets Operations at Indigo, overseeing sustainability efforts at Anheuser-Busch InBev, founding The Sustainable Investor blog, co-founding Before It's Too Late, and heading business development at Poly6 Technologies. Ballen's academic background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University.
