Nicole Caracci

Nicole (Caracci) Bushnell is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Athletic Greens since February 2020, Nicole began as Head of People & Talent when the organization consisted of fewer than 50 employees, overseeing multiple HR functions. Prior to Athletic Greens, Nicole held the role of Director of People Operations at Bisnow, focusing on advancing the commercial real estate community. Additional experience includes Talent Manager at Atrium Staffing and SAP Recruiter at Red Commerce. Nicole also spent time in Germany as an Au Pair and English teacher. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Delaware and participated in a Semester at Sea program through the University of Virginia.
