Beatriz Fernandes

Beatriz Fernandes is an experienced performance coach currently serving at Athletic Lab since August 2020 and has held the role of Youth Performance Coach for the North Carolina Courage since August 2021. Previously, Beatriz worked as a High Performance Intern for Washington Spirit in early 2020 and was an Assistant Women Soccer Coach at The Catholic University of America from August 2018 to January 2020. Beatriz also contributed to the University of North Alabama as a Portuguese Teacher while playing soccer at the collegiate level. Beatriz's soccer career includes playing for 1º Dezembro from September 2009 to May 2014 and representing the FPF - Federação Portuguesa de Futebol from 2011 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from the University of North Alabama.
