Anda Udris, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS, is an experienced athletic trainer currently providing coverage for the Kentucky Cheer Academy at Bluegrass Orthopaedics since June 2022. In addition to ongoing roles at Athletic Training Solutions and USA Cheer, Anda has extensive experience with Varsity Spirit as a lecturer and head camp manager, and previously served as a freelance writer for Flocheer. Anda's earlier positions include assistant athletic trainer at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, athletic trainer at Oklahoma State University, and student athletic trainer at Missouri State University, providing services across various sports. Anda holds a Master’s degree in Human Health and Performance from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Missouri State University, with a background as a sprinter in track and field athletics.
