Andrew McRae has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Accucam Machining in 1993 and later became the Engineering Manager until 2001. From 1996 to 1998, they worked at Triumph Tool Ltd. in a sales role, driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

In 2001, McRae joined Flowserve as a Manufacturing Engineer and gradually progressed to roles such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and ultimately General Manager, overseeing a $38M pump manufacturing operation and supporting major global clients.

In 2012, they moved to Weir Minerals Canada Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for manufacturing, service operations, and the warehouse and distribution network. Andrew led various teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, Environmental Health, and Safety, as well as Logistics and Lean/Value Chain organizations. McRae contributed significantly to Weir Minerals' presence across Canada's geographic areas.

McRae transitioned to Cascadia Sport Systems Inc. in 2018 as a Director, where they provided products for sports infrastructure projects and served clients worldwide, including the NHL and the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games.

In 2019, they joined Becker Arena Products, Inc. as the Director, offering ice rink supplies and equipment to indoor recreational facilities across the U.S.

Currently, McRae holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Athletica Sport Systems Inc., where they focus on safety through innovation.

Andrew McRae's education history includes obtaining an MBA in Management of Innovation and New Technology from McMaster University, which they completed between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Sheridan College from 1993 to 1994, where they pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians.
