Glen Baillie has over 15 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Glen is currently working as an Operations Manager at Advance Millwrights since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Manager at Athletica Sport Systems Inc. from July 2021. From January 2019 to July 2021, they worked as a Value Stream Manager at Cogent Power Inc. Glen also has experience as a Projects Manager at Motion Nuclear Services from December 2017 to December 2018 and as a Manufacturing Manager at Motion Electric Motor Services from October 2015 to December 2017. Before that, they worked at Baldor Electric Company as a Quality Manager from November 2010 to October 2015 and as a Manufacturing Manager from August 2006 to September 2010.

Glen Baillie C.Mgr. CQE has a Certificate in Advanced Quality Assurance from Conestoga College, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Glen also holds certifications as a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor from ASQ.
