Emily Yagel

Emily Yagel is a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Athletico, responsible for developing recruitment strategies and pipelines for various clinical positions. Prior to this, Emily served as a Clinical Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist at Community Health Systems, where significant recruitment efforts were directed towards hospitals in Northeast Indiana. Additional experience includes roles at Aerotek, where Emily initially worked as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Recruiter Lead, and internships in marketing at Federated Media and Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The University of Findlay and has demonstrated a strong commitment to building talent pipelines and improving recruitment processes throughout their career.
