Mark Mayszak

Mark Mayszak is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in financial analysis and operational management. Currently serving as Director of Payroll at Athletico since 2017, Mark oversees outsourced payroll for 10,000 employees across 42 states, utilizing ADP Vantage for financial and operational analysis. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at CNA Insurance from 2003 to 2016, notably as AVP of Payroll and HR Metrics, where responsibilities included monthly reporting for C-suite executives and managing payroll for over 6,000 employees. Mark achieved significant savings by designing and implementing a SUB Pay program and built an HR reporting function during tenure as Director of Workforce Planning.
