Alfredo Villar-Sbaffi

Alfredo Villar-Sbaffi is currently the Managing Director at National Bank of Canada, where Alfredo develops and implements quantitative trading strategies on stocks and options for Canadian markets. Alfredo also holds various coaching and team management roles at Athletics Canada, including Learning Facilitator and Olympic Team Manager. In addition, Alfredo serves on the Commission Technique Provinciale at Fédération québécoise d'athlétisme and coaches track and field at Saint-Laurent Sélect. Alfredo Villar-Sbaffi previously worked as a Chargé de cours at Université de Montréal, where Alfredo obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics.
