Alison Beaton

Alison Beaton is an accomplished physiotherapist and educator with extensive experience in the field of physiotherapy. Currently, Alison serves as the Owner and Physiotherapist at Scotia Physiotherapy since 2009, and has held instructional roles at Dalhousie University and the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association since 2009 and 2010, respectively. Additionally, Alison has provided physiotherapy services for Athletics Canada and the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association since 2011 and 2009, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as the Performance Medicine Supervisor for Cirque du Soleil from 2005 to 2009. Alison's educational background includes a Master of Clinical Science from Western University, a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dalhousie University, as well as advanced credentials in manual and manipulative physiotherapy and sport physiotherapy.
