Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith is an experienced Physical Education Teacher currently employed by Halifax Regional School Board since January 2018, where responsibilities include designing and delivering innovative lesson plans that enhance fundamental movement skills through technology integration. As Coordinator of Coaching Education at Athletics Canada, Kyle Smith promotes ongoing education for coaches and collaborates with Provincial/Territorial Sport Organizations. Previous roles include serving as an Elementary Physical Education Specialist at Newbridge Academy, founder and head coach of Blue Devils Athletic Club, and various positions focused on athlete and coach development. Kyle Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
