Danielle Groot Soerink

Danielle Groot Soerink has over 25 years of experience in contract management and team leadership within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Contract & Vendor Manager at Athora Netherlands since April 2012, Danielle is responsible for evaluating and formalizing contracts, managing agreements, advising on contractual matters, participating in projects, and guiding improvement processes. Prior to this role, Danielle held positions at VIVAT, including Team Leader for the REAAL Management Department, where responsibilities included leading a team of underwriters, managing complex complaints, and fostering external partnerships. Danielle's career began at SVB Sociale Verzekeringsbank, focusing on administrative processes related to ANW claims. Educational qualifications include a MEAO in Commercial Economics from Hogeschool Alkmaar and ongoing training in ISO31000 and NEVI certifications.
