Yu Sum Man

Yu Sum Man is a seasoned legal and regulatory professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Regulatory Counsel at Athora Netherlands since September 2025, Yu has previously held positions as Legal & Regulatory Consultant at ProjectiveGroup and Charco & Dique, providing comprehensive advice on compliance with financial regulations such as MiFID II and AIFMD. Prior roles include Senior Counsel at NN Investment Partners, focusing on legal support for Luxembourg fund offerings, and various legal positions at ING, where Yu contributed to major regulatory change projects.
