Courtney Paul

Ms. Paul joined Athyrium in 2014 and currently serves as Vice President, Investor Relations and Associate General Counsel.

Prior to joining Athyrium, Ms. Paul was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP. At Covington, her practice focused on corporate finance transactions, including structured investments in healthcare companies, pharmaceutical royalty monetizations and acquisition finance.

Prior to joining Covington in 2011, Ms. Paul was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she advised clients on a variety of matters relating to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Ms. Paul received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
