Doug G. has over 30 years of experience in engineering and project management, primarily with ATI Forged Products since August 1996, where Doug serves as the Director of Capital Planning & Energy. In this role, Doug oversees a $95 million equipment expansion project at the Cudahy, WI facility, managing the Iso-Thermal Forging Press and Heat Treat projects. Previous positions at ATI include Senior Project Manager and Facilities Project Manager, with responsibilities spanning capital improvement projects and supervision of the Facilities Engineering department. Earlier experience includes a Mechanical Design Engineer role at H.O. Bostrom Company, where Doug significantly enhanced product designs and manufacturing efficiency, and as a Mechanical Engineer at ATI Forged Products, where Doug modernized machinery for aerospace applications. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
