Michael Hensler is an experienced Process Engineer at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since May 2018, where responsibilities include facilitating Continuous Improvement meetings, maintaining NADCAP documentation, and collaborating with various departments to optimize processing and manage quality costs. In addition to engineering, Michael serves as a Boys Club Volleyball Coach for Exile Volleyball Club and as an Assistant Coach at both Seton LaSalle Catholic High School and Quaker Valley School District, contributing to significant team accomplishments. Previously, Michael has held coaching roles in high school volleyball and worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Athlete Tutor at the University of Pittsburgh.
