Sheri Cieslinski

Sheri Cieslinski is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and compensation, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Compensation at ATI Flat Rolled Products since April 2016, and has been the Manager of Talent Acquisition at ATI Allegheny Ludlum since June 2007. With extensive experience in recruiting, employee relations, and managing co-op and internship programs, Sheri holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from LaRoche College (2003-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Business/HR from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (1980-1984), complemented by a high school diploma in Business Management/HR from Burrell High School (1976-1980).
