Morgan Craven is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health policy and advisory services. Currently serving as Director at ATI Advisory since May 2023, Morgan focuses on enhancing financing and care delivery systems for vulnerable populations. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as a Manager, where Morgan provided strategic advice to Medicaid agencies and health plans, conducted financial analyses, and managed large state contracts. Earlier roles included Senior Health Benefits Analyst at Lockton Companies, where Morgan designed managed care benefits and analyzed medical trends, along with an internship in the personal office of George W. Bush. Morgan holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
