Richard Ditommaso

Richard DiTommaso serves as a PACE Advisor at ATI Advisory since July 2023. Previously, Richard was President of Community LIFE from September 2001 to July 2022, where responsibilities included strategic planning and growth of a PACE organization across multiple sites in Pennsylvania. Richard was also a founding member and past chair of the Pennsylvania LIFE Provider Alliance (PALPA). Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director overseeing a growing PACE organization in Western Pennsylvania, and Director of Operations at Allegheny East MH/MR Center, Inc., where Richard managed the largest Adult Training Facility in Allegheny County and initiated an art therapy program. Earlier career work involved planning and fiscal analysis for community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Richard holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Saint Vincent College.
