BHARATH S has a diverse work experience starting as an Inplant trainee at TE Connectivity in 2013. BHARATH later worked as a Summer Intern at HMT Machine Tools, Inc. in 2015. Subsequently, they had various roles as a Graduate Student at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Bosch India. In 2018, they worked on their Master Thesis Project at Smiths & founder pvt Ltd. BHARATH'scareer progressed with roles at inGO Electric, where they served as an Intern, Product Designer, and Assistant Manager, focusing on new product development and project management. BHARATH then worked at Marutee as a Lead Engineer, specializing in vehicle validation. Currently, they are at Ati Motors as the Lead for New Product Initiatives, showcasing their expertise in product development and leadership.

BHARATH S pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Acharya Institute Of Technology from 2014 to 2017. BHARATH then completed a Master of Technology in Industrial and Product Design at RV College Of Engineering from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Diploma in Human Computer Interaction for User Experience Design from Bangalore School of Design. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in areas such as project management, Six Sigma, and design thinking.
