Elliot S. Davis

Mr. Davis has served as ATI’s Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer since May 2011. Previously, he was Vice President and General Counsel from 2010 to May 2011. Prior to that, he served as Assistant General Counsel from 2008, when he joined the Company, to 2010. Before joining ATI, Mr. Davis was a partner of the law firm K&L Gates LLP, where he practiced for nearly 20 years in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities group.
