Natasha Scott, MS-HRM, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources Manager at ATI since 2022. With previous experience as a Corporate HR Generalist at Family Dollar from 2005 to 2014, Natasha supported various HR functions, including succession planning and employee relations. Natasha also held roles in talent acquisition and recruitment, where they coordinated hiring processes and facilitated training. Natasha earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
