Vinay Chawla

Vinay Chawla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Team Leader at Atidiv since November 2019, Vinay previously held the position of Team Leader and Customer Service Representative at Credence Resource Management, LLC from February 2016 to November 2019. Prior to this, Vinay worked at Microsoft as a Microsoft Consultant from April 2010 to February 2016, focusing on Lumia sales and addressing customer issues. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from Modern Education Society's Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
