Youxiang Wang

Youxiang Wang has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. In 1999, they began their career as a Scientist, Genotyping for Amersham Biosciences (Acquired by GE). In 2000, they moved to Aclara Biosciences Inc. (Acquired by Labcor) as a Senior Scientist. In 2001, they founded and became CEO of Full Moon BioSystems, Inc. In 2005, they joined Turner BioSystems (Acquired by Promega) as Director, Global Distribution. In 2009, they founded and became CEO of Atila Biosystems, focusing on developing the best nucleic acid amplification and detection technologies for clinical molecular diagnostics.

Youxiang Wang completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley from 1998-1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Wichita State University.
