Steve Backes

Steve Backes has worked for a number of companies since 1986. Steve began their career as a Systems Engineer at Plexus Computers in 1986, where they gained great experience in a venture funded Silicon Valley company. In 1987, they joined Accenture (then known as Andersen Consulting) as a Manager. In 1994, they co-founded and became President of Dexma. Finally, in 2007, they became President and Chief Executive Officer of Atirix Medical Systems, Inc.

Steve Backes attended St. Cloud State University from 1979 to 1984, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, with a concentration in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems.
