Sayoung Jung

Sayoung Jung currently holds the positions of Head of Strategy and COO at both Ativion and Zift Solutions, as well as serving as a Private Equity Operating Executive at Investcorp Technology Investment since April 2021. Prior experience includes leading M&A at Ageras Group until February 2024 and heading Deal Finance at AstraZeneca. Additionally, Sayoung worked as Chief Commercial Officer at Scapa Healthcare, focusing on strategic relationships and commercial planning. Sayoung's tenure at Scapa and previous investment roles at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, and Paragon Capital Partners showcase a robust background in corporate development, strategy execution, and M&A advisory across various sectors, including healthcare and private equity. Sayoung holds a BA in Economics from Hunter College.
