April Szabo

April Szabo is an experienced Employment Attorney with a strong background in providing legal advice and counsel to private-sector clients on various workplace issues, including hiring, termination, and wage/hour matters. Since June 2018, April has been with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, where responsibilities include conducting HR audits and preparing employer documents. Prior experience includes roles at Marron Lawyers, Loeb & Loeb LLP, and the Los Angeles Superior Court, as well as employee relations at Washington Mutual Bank, where investigations into discrimination and harassment claims were conducted. April holds a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School and a BA in English Literature & Linguistics from the University of San Diego.
