Thomas Flynn

Thomas Flynn is an accomplished executive leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Girls' Learning Trust, overseeing the education of over 4,500 students and managing a turnover exceeding £30 million. With extensive experience in senior management roles, Thomas has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at various organizations, demonstrating expertise in governance, finance, strategy development, and service management in the education and charity sectors. Thomas's commitment to youth services is reflected in voluntary roles as Trustee and Director of akt and Oxford Brookes Students’ Union, among others. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Politics and Economics from the University of York and a PGDip/MSc in Charity Accounting and Financial Management from Bayes Business School.
