Alexandre Lefebvre

Alexandre Lefebvre has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Alexandre currently works as the Recruitment Team Lead at AtkinsRéal, a design and engineering organization. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruitment Advisor at SNC-Lavalin, where they were responsible for recruiting across various business lines. Alexandre also served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter at LafargeHolcim and as a Recruiter at Reference Capital Humain. Alexandre started their career as a Recruitment Technician at CSPQ - Gouvernement du Québec.

Alexandre Lefebvre completed a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université Laval between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a College diploma in Social Sciences from Cégep de Trois-Rivières, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications as a Registered Professional Recruiter from the Institute Of Professional Management- IPM and as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn in 2017 and 2015, respectively.
