Alireza Eskandarzadeh is an experienced engineer with a focus on automation, functional safety, and instrumentation in various industrial projects. Currently serving as a Functional Safety Engineer with AtkinsRéalis on the Simandou project for Rio Tinto, Alireza previously held significant roles at SNC-Lavalin, overseeing automation and telecom engineering for multiple mining and petrochemical projects. Notable contributions include leading engineering teams for projects such as the Marathon Valentine Gold Project, the Salalah Ammonia Project, and various international refinery and petrochemical initiatives. Alireza has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic/Telecommunication from Shiraz University and extensive experience in both field instrumentation and control systems across diverse settings.
