Caroline Maso

Caroline Maso has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Caroline currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AtkinsRéalis, where they are responsible for managing and executing the full scope of HR functions. Prior to this, they worked at Pratt & Whitney, where they held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources for Commercial Engines and Vice President of Human Resources for Pratt & Whitney Canada. Caroline also served as the Executive Director and Executive Senior Director of Human Resources during their time at Pratt & Whitney. Earlier in their career, Caroline worked at Petro-Canada as a Senior HR Counselor specializing in labor relations.

Caroline Maso has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, and they also studied Labor and Industrial Relations at Queen's University until 2005. Caroline has additional certifications in the Accelerated Leadership Impact program from Duke University, Certified Human Resources (CRHA) from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, and the Thayer Leadership program from Thayer Leadership.
