Dalia Potrus

Dalia Potrus has over 20 years of experience in change management and web development. Currently serving as a PMO Business Change Manager at AtkinsRéalis since September 2003, Dalia is PROSCI certified. Previous experience includes a similar role at SNC-Lavalin from June 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included developing training documentation and coaching power users. Prior to this, Dalia worked as a Development Specialist and Web Programmer at Dapasoft Inc. and as a Web Development and Training Specialist at Access To Arabia, focusing on website development and client training. Dalia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology (AL-NAHRAIN UNIVERSITY).
