Gennady Mourzikov

Gennady Mourzikov, P.Eng, currently serves as Quality Manager at AtkinsRéalis since January 2020, where key responsibilities include the development and maintenance of Design Quality and Construction Quality plans, along with the implementation of Quality System procedures. Additionally, Gennady has been the Director of Quality Management at Transit Integrators BC since May 2024, focusing on the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project. Previous experience includes roles as Quality Manager for SNC-Lavalin, where Gennady oversaw technical quality for the Canada Line capacity expansion project and managed quality systems for several Light Rail Transit projects. Early career roles included positions at Bilfinger Berger and Peter Kiewit Sons, focusing on quality assurance in large infrastructure projects. Gennady holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Bridges and Highways Construction and several quality management certifications.
