Heidi Klotz

Heidi Klotz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Heidi is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards for AtkinsRéal, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Heidi worked as the Director of Total Rewards and HR Analytics at Kruger Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Client Executive for Visier Inc. from February 2021 to October 2021, where they advised and collaborated with clients from various industries to ensure successful outcomes with Visier's people analytics solutions. Heidi also has experience as a Director of Total Rewards and Talent Management at Ardene from 2016 to 2020. Before joining Ardene, they worked at Mattel, Inc./ Mega Brands as a Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits, leading the development and alignment of compensation and benefits programs for a global workforce. Prior to that, they were a Manager of HR Technology and Data Intelligence at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they optimized HR systems and managed total rewards programs. Heidi began their career at Merck, where they held roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Workforce Planning Analyst.

Heidi Klotz completed their Master of Management Analytics (MMA) degree at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Organization Development Fundamentals from Queen's University between 2017 and 2019. Heidi also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Strategic Management & International Business from McGill University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) / Conseillère en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA).
