Joanna Bandle

Joanna Bandle is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Practice Manager for the Net Zero Energy Practice and Operations Manager for the Net Zero Business at AtkinsRéalis since October 2023. Prior to this, Joanna held positions at Atkins from February 2018, including Operations Manager and Capability Lead for the Power New Build systems design team, overseeing 70 process engineers on various large-scale nuclear and Net Zero projects. With prior roles as Principal and Senior Process Engineer in projects involving refinery upgrades at Amec Foster Wheeler/Worley Parsons and Foster Wheeler Energy Limited, Joanna has demonstrated expertise in project management and technical leadership. Joanna also completed a Chemical Engineering degree at Imperial College London, sponsored by BNFL, where valuable industry experience was gained during student placements.
