Mohammed Waseem, SPHRi has extensive work experience in recruitment and HR management. Mohammed worked as a Recruitment Lead at AtkinsRéalise, where they managed end-to-end recruitment for the company's Complex Infrastructure business in the UK. Mohammed achieved record-breaking hiring numbers and acted as a recruitment partner and consultant to internal teams and business leaders.

Prior to that, Mohammed worked as a Recruitment Officer at Ejada United, where they delivered recruitment projects and assisted in hiring over 3000 employees.
