Olivier D'Ambra

Olivier D'Ambra has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. Olivier currently serves as the Senior Vice President - Finance, US, APAC, and Mining & Metallurgy (USAAM) at SNC-Lavalin, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President Finance - Resources from March 2019 to April 2022. From March 2016 to March 2019, Olivier held the position of Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at SNC-Lavalin, where they played a key role in financial leadership and oversaw external financial statements and filings. Olivier also redefined the month-end process, reviewed financial policies, and collaborated with operational teams to harmonize financial reporting practices. Olivier previously served as the Vice-President of Financial Shared Services at SNC-Lavalin from October 2014 to March 2016 and from March 2014 to October 2014. Olivier was also the Vice-President Finance & Controller from February 2012 to April 2014 and Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions from November 2007 to February 2012. Prior to joining SNC-Lavalin, Olivier worked at PwC in Business Restructuring from January 2001 to October 2007. Olivier's most recent appointment is Senior Vice President Finance at AtkinsRéalis, starting in April 2022.
