Prashant Haverishettar has a diverse work experience in various industries. Prashant started their career as a Background Verifications Associate at Aditya Birla Minacs, where they conducted employment and education verifications for US clients. Prashant then worked as a Conferencing Specialist at InterCall, where they assisted customers in connecting to conference calls. Prashant then transitioned into the field of recruitment, working as a US IT Recruiter at LanceSoft, Inc. and later as a Sr. Global IT Recruiter at Allied Worldwide. Prashant managed the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews. At LanceSoft, Inc., they also took on additional responsibilities as a Lead/Associate Manager - Recruitment - US Staffing, managing a team of recruiters. Prashant further progressed in their recruitment career, becoming a Recruitment Lead at AtkinsRéalis, a design and engineering consultancy, where they built partnerships and provided guidance in recruitment. Prashant then moved to Linxon, a joint venture company of SNC-Lavalin and ABB, where they served as the Global Recruitment Lead supporting Atkins.
