Rachael Ryland

Rachael Ryland currently serves as the Director of People Operations for UK&E at AtkinsRéalis since August 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Rachael has held key roles such as Head of People Operations at Deloitte and Head of HR Services for the UK and Europe at Atkins. Rachael's career in HR began at MG Rover, where significant responsibilities included HR Officer and HR Operations Manager. Educationally, Rachael holds a BA Hons and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Wolverhampton University.
