Tom Knuckey

Tom Knuckey is a seasoned professional in toll technology and civil engineering, currently serving as Vice President and Group Director of National Tolls Technology at AtkinsRéalis since April 2008. In addition to this role, Tom holds the title of AtkinsRéalis Fellow and has been the Vice President of the AtkinsRéalis Foundation since 2020. Tom is actively involved in recruiting efforts at the University of Florida and has served on the TEAM FL Board from 2020 to 2023. Previously, Tom was the Deputy Program Director at Florida Turnpike Enterprise from 1992 to 2008 and worked at Post Buckley Schuh & Jernigan Inc as a Program Manager and Project Manager from 1987 to 2001, contributing significantly to projects such as the statewide deployment of the SunPass electronic toll collection system. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, completing the degree between 1981 and 1986.
