Yaroslav Kovalenko

Yaroslav Kovalenko, MBA, PMP, is an experienced professional in risk management, currently serving as the Risk Management Service Lead at AtkinsRéalis since December 2020, where responsibilities include spearheading the risk management practice for F&G North America. Notable roles include serving as Risk Manager for significant projects such as the Cherokee LNG Expansion Project and the REM EJV Highspeed Rail Project, as well as leading risk management initiatives for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories. Prior to AtkinsRéalis, Yaroslav founded Swan Lake Advisors and held various leadership roles at Williams from 2010 to 2019, establishing the company's first centralized Project Risk Management Group and overseeing risk management processes for extensive project portfolios. Additionally, Yaroslav's career encompasses positions at Schlumberger, Naftogaz of Ukraine, and the League of Petroleum Producers of Ukraine, complemented by academic credentials in business administration and international relations from the University of Texas at Tyler and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
