Matthew Fischer

Matthew Fischer, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Process Excellence Leader at Atkore, beginning in July 2023, while also holding the position of Adjunct Faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville since August 2014, where responsibilities include instructing Master's level courses in ergonomics and systems engineering. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Operations at Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment and Sr. Corporate Operational Excellence Leader at Douglas Dynamics, Inc., where Matthew was responsible for strategic projects, leadership, and operational excellence. Matthew's career commenced with roles in lean management and engineering at companies including Pentair Filtration, Inc., Strategic Materials, and Alliant Energy, contributing significantly to operational improvements and cultural transformations. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
