Michelle Mendez, MBA, SSGB, currently serves as the Regional Lean Manager for the Southeast region at Atkore since May 2023. With over a decade of experience at MacLean Power Systems, Michelle held various roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Operational Transformation Professional, focusing on Lean methodologies to enhance manufacturing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Previous positions also include dual roles as Customer Service Supervisor and Business Process Improvement Supervisor, where Michelle implemented workflow redesigns and process improvements to optimize customer service operations. An MBA graduate from Winthrop University, Michelle possesses a strong foundation in strategic leadership and business management.
