Tamaerra Lodge possesses a strong background in finance and compensation analysis, currently serving as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Atkore International since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Pension Fund Accounting Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation from November 2015 to June 2017, and as a Payroll Associate at Atkore International earlier in 2015. Tamaerra's career began at AIG as a Risk Analyst from August 2006 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completed from 2012 to 2014, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained from 2003 to 2006. Early education includes attendance at Illinois State University in 2002-2003.
