Tim Chastain

Tim Chastain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean management, engineering, and project oversight. Currently serving as the Regional Lean Manager for Atkore since March 2023, Tim is responsible for driving lean principles in the manufacturing sector. In addition to this role, Tim has been a member of the Campbellsburg Town Council since 1989, currently in the 9th term. Previous positions include Project Engineer and Lean Specialist at LINAK U.S. Inc., and Packaging Manager at Dallas Group of America, where Tim led multiple teams in a 24/7 operational environment. With a background that includes industrial marketing at National Salvage & Service Corporation and management of the Sonshiners Quartet, Tim combines a strong manufacturing and leadership acumen with experience in customer-focused solutions and project management. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Indianapolis.
