Zachary Gastony

Zachary Gastony is an experienced Plant Manager and Value Stream Manager at Atkore, where responsibilities include establishing a safety culture, managing cost analysis and manufacturing productivity, supervising a large team, and implementing lean continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to Atkore, Zachary held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at Goodman Manufacturing, focusing on material flow and lean manufacturing processes, and as a Design Engineer at Pentair Thermal Management, providing engineering support for thermal tracing projects. Zachary began a career as an AutoCAD Designer at the Cyclotron Institute, earning the 2014 Cyclotron Safety Award. Zachary holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University.
