Jared Coffeen

Jared Coffeen has over 25 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Jared started their career as a Design Engineer at Mailcode, where they played a key role in the successful launch of a high-volume mail address barcoding machine. Jared handled the design of structural components, managed vendors, and created manufacturing and assembly procedures.

After two years at Mailcode, Coffeen joined Evenflo as a Design Engineer before moving on to Stryker, where they worked for over two decades. At Stryker, they served as a Principal Engineer and led new product development in general surgery. Jared'sresponsibilities included identifying opportunities in the field, developing solutions through acquisitions or new product development, and mentoring other engineers.
