Aditya Potharaju

Aditya Potharaju currently serves as the Support Engineering Manager for the EMEA and NA regions at Atlan since October 2023. Prior to this role, Aditya accumulated significant experience at Infoworks.io, advancing from Manager to Senior Manager of Support and Solution Engineering, overseeing customer ticket processes, ensuring service quality, and enhancing support operations. Aditya's prior positions include Principal Support Engineer and Senior Product Specialist at Zeta Global, as well as Senior Software Engineer at Boomtrain, where initial support processes were established. Aditya began a career in support engineering at Informatica, holding various roles focused on troubleshooting and product support. Educationally, Aditya holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2012.
