Juhaina Javed

Juhaina Javed is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and project management. Currently serving as Global Org Development Manager at Atlan since May 2022, Juhaina leads the implementation of HRIS and revamps onboarding processes. Previous roles include Program Manager-HR at Atlan, where Juhaina focused on performance management and developed leadership programs, and Culture, Client and Crisis Manager at GLEAC, overseeing employee engagement and crisis management.
