Lane Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and consulting across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Atlan since January 2025, Lane previously held a similar role at Contentsquare and led Heap's Global Customer Success team. In addition, Lane has provided advisory services to Champify and invested in ActHQ as an angel investor. A recognized speaker at Product School, Lane is dedicated to inspiring future Product Managers. Previous roles include senior consulting positions at IBM and founding Lane Hart Consulting, LLC.
